Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website or hire Linda Travel Studio to plan a trip. By sending a trip request or paying a planning fee, you accept them.

What we do

We design trips: advice, itineraries, recommendations of hotels, transfers, restaurants and experiences, and support while you travel. The services included in each offer are described on the pricing page and confirmed in writing before you pay.

We are not an airline, hotel, cruise line or tour operator. Travel services are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms, prices, cancellation rules and responsibilities, which we share with you before you book.

Planning fees

• The discovery call is free and commits you to nothing.
• A planning fee is paid before work on your itinerary starts. It pays for our time and is separate from the cost of the trip.
• All planning fees are nonrefundable.
• Planning fees can be credited toward a later booking fee once booking services open.
• Any additional service fee is disclosed before you pay.
• Airline refunds and cancellation policies are separate from our service fees.

Bookings and payments to suppliers

Prices and availability are only confirmed by the supplier at the time of booking. Deposits, final payments, changes and cancellations follow each supplier's rules. We tell you about them before you commit.

Your part

• Give us accurate information (names as on passports, dates, health or mobility needs that affect the plan).
• Check your passport validity, visas, entry rules and health requirements; we point you to official sources but cannot guarantee them.
• Review every booking confirmation and tell us about any error right away.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care and repatriation. If you choose not to buy it, you accept the financial risk of cancellations and emergencies.

Limits of our responsibility

We choose suppliers with care, but we do not control them and are not responsible for their acts, failures, delays, strikes, weather, natural disasters, health events or government decisions. To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility is limited to the planning fee you paid us.
